ABOUT THE PROJECT

CLIENT: Lipofoods, the nutraceuticals division of Lubrizol Life Science Health (LLS Health), specializes in the development and production of functional and health food ingredients, providing nutritional and technical solutions for the functional foods and nutraceuticals industry.

SERVICE: From 3DforScience, we produced a 3D scientific animation to explain one of the Lipofoods products called “Curcushine”.  CURCUSHINE™ microcapsules is a soluble and bioavailable microencapsulated curcumin proven to protect skin aging from within. In the 3D animation video we can visualize the composition of this product closely, and the benefits they generate in the skin at a molecular level.

First of all, we visualize the problem that this product elaborated by Lipofood seeks to solve. We can observe that the solar rays generate damages in our skin, as much on the surface as at the molecular level. We can observe how the sun’s rays, as they penetrate the skin, produce ROS and AGEs that accumulate, causing the breakdown of collagen fibers and the rest of the components of the skin. At that time we introduced the product Curcushine, which is made from Curcumin. Here you can see how the product is able to reduce ROS in the cells and eliminate the effects of AGEs due to its demonstrated antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

The benefits of 3D animation video

The benefits of Curcushine™ and the difference with other curcumin-based products, in which the particles are not microencapsulated, are highlighted.

The microcapsules generate a transparent and homogeneous solution of curcumin that is diluted in water in a matter of seconds. Generating a greater absorption in the body.  And finally, we see how when the Curcushine™ product is absorbed, all the elements of the skin that were deteriorated begin to regenerate. The concentrations of ROS and AGEs decrease.  Allowing the skin to look beautiful and healthy again. Through this 3D animation video, we convey the importance, benefits, composition of the product, differential value against its competition and how the product acts within our body.

All these characteristics are conveyed in an innovative and unique way, which provides value both for the company that produces the product and for the client, when looking for the best option for skin aging.
