How to use 3D Animation in events: tips and innovations

3D Animation in events is increasingly in all types of companies. There are many brands that bet on a marketing and advertising strategy based on a 3D Animation Video as the main element.

And it is a success, but it is not the only area in which it can be used. One of the most interesting environments is that of congresses and different events, which allow not only to present successful case studies with 3D Animation as a central part of the product strategy but also to take advantage of other technologies that go hand in hand.

AR, VR, and Holograms: Bio International Convention and Áspid Awards

Two examples that can prove this are the Aspid Awards Gala and the Bio International Convention, a 3D animation event in which 3DforScience participated this June.

On the one hand, the BIO International Convention 2022 was marked by a VR gamification, made especially for the event, so that people could see here at the stand the many possibilities offered by this technology in the pharma and biotech field.

Among its advantages is the creation of an environment that immerses the target audience in the desired environment, interaction with the content, greater absorption and retention of concepts, as well as the ease of understanding them.

The Áspid Awards Gala 2022 highlighted, among other things, the presence of different Augmented Reality products and Holograms.

Holograms are perhaps the most striking elements for this type of event. As we can see in the following video, for this Spanish Gala, we chose a Dreamhoc Diamond holographic pyramid to focus the attention on the center of the room. We inserted different holographic contents in continuous movement. This technology generates a 360-degree animation vision, giving a 3D perspective and sensation.

The most eye-catching way to show a product!

The AR web, on the other hand, offered the public the possibility of interacting with the environment from any screen, mainly that of the cell phone itself. Thus, with the AR photocall, you can place any interactive element in the space, so that you can take a picture with it, choosing the place, size, perspective…

With the AR 360, on the other hand, by scanning the QR code with any device, including a cell phone, you could see all around you the different interactive elements.
